shoot 普通用詞。一般指子彈發射

This is just a toy gun: it doesn't shoot.
這只是玩具槍并不能發射子彈。

He shoot at a bird, but missed it.
他開槍瞄準一只鳥，但沒有打中。

luanch 正式用語。一般指火箭、導彈、飛船、衛星的發射。
